Studio Adrienne is invested in teaching classical undiluted Pilates on authentic Gratz equipment as conceptualized by founder Joseph Pilates. Adrienne learned Pilates from Romana on Gratz equipment and it has always been the only choice for the studio.

Studio Policy:
- All sessions are by appointment and prepaid.
- All sessions are 50 minutes.
- There is a 24 hr cancellation policy. Clients will be charged the full amount of the session unless 24 hr notice is given.

- Preparing for your session: Eat lightly, No heavy perfume or lotions
- Wear appropriate workout clothes ( no street clothes). Tights, leggings, yoga pants, gym shorts, tee shirts or athletic tops. Socks are required. Please do not wear clothing with zippers or grommets as they can damage equipment.
- No food, beverages (except water), or chewing gum allowed
